Well, that's what we reckon. This year we stuck our heads above the parapet and asked ourselves whether we've got what it takes to be one of the country's best places to work. On Wednesday 1st March 2006, the Sunday Times Best Companies told us we were! And we're delighted. But what does this mean?
It means that all the great ideas that our employees come up with which make us what we are (early finish every Friday, subsidised gym membership, outrageously good social events, parties and much more) actually drives us on to make this a great place to work.
Not only that, but the truly informal and open style of management we have has been recognised as beneficial for the personal growth of everyone here and our Consultants and Admin team trust the leadership of the organisation is doing their job and leading us in the right direction! Anyway, don't simply take our word for it, click here and read what the Sunday Times has to say!
We're really pleased with ourselves and by way of thanks for all the great things we had to say about ourselves, the Veuve Cliquot fairies left a bottle of bubbly on everyone's desks on the Thursday morning, even those for whom it was Day 2 as an Informatiq employee! If you want you can see us graciously accepting our award in London.
By the way, if you're interested in a career in recruitment, or working in an administrative or resourcing capacity for one of the UK's 'Best Companies To Work For', please send your CV and covering letter to jobs@informatiq.co.uk .
